Lead, Program Delivery

We are seeking a strategic and experienced program delivery leader to shape and advance an enterprise Intelligence & Insights portfolio within a complex healthcare environment. In this remote role, you will connect business strategy with analytics, data, product, and technology capabilities to improve decision-making and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will lead roadmap development, establish governance and prioritization frameworks, and ensure resources are aligned with the highest-value initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders and senior leaders, you will transform business needs into scalable reporting products and reusable, self-service insights.
