Lead Python Developer (Customer Success Engineer)

As a Lead Python Developer and Customer Success Engineer, you will combine technical leadership, backend engineering, and customer-facing problem-solving to deliver reliable data migration and integration solutions. You will take ownership of customer data migrations from initial assessment through transformation, validation, and successful implementation. Working primarily with Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs, you will investigate complex technical issues, develop tailored solutions, and improve the tools and processes that support customer onboarding. You will also guide backend engineers while collaborating directly with customers to understand requirements and resolve challenges efficiently. In this remote, international environment, you will have significant technical ownership and the opportunity to influence engineering practices, automation, and operational reliability.
