The Manager, Legal Operations & Strategic Projects will oversee strategic initiatives, complex transactions, and operational workflows within a dynamic legal department. This role combines project management, contract lifecycle administration, and legal document management to improve efficiency and support organizational growth. You will coordinate mergers and acquisitions, financing activities, due diligence processes, and closing requirements while ensuring accurate documentation and timely execution. Working closely with attorneys and cross-functional teams, you will streamline communication, manage project milestones, and keep critical legal initiatives on track. You will also maintain contract repositories, oversee document management systems, and support the preparation of transaction-related agreements and disclosures.
