Marketing Operations Specialist

Join a growing healthcare marketing team in a hands-on role focused on keeping campaigns, platforms, and processes running smoothly. You will manage day-to-day marketing operations across email, SMS, websites, YouTube, and social media, helping ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule. A key part of the position will involve setting up and integrating marketing systems as new clinic locations are added, connecting tools, contact lists, booking links, and tracking resources. You will work closely with the Head of Growth and other marketing colleagues to improve workflows, maintain reliable systems, and support the organization’s expansion. The role offers plenty of opportunities to use AI tools and automation to reduce repetitive work and increase efficiency. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for an organized, proactive professional who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and taking ownership.
