In this role, you will drive technology and operational programs that help a global B2B marketing organization scale, innovate, and improve performance. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, technology, data, and program management, you will translate business needs into scalable systems, efficient workflows, and measurable outcomes. You will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning campaign optimization, marketing measurement, account-based marketing, and online events. Partnering closely with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams, you will coordinate complex projects from discovery and planning through implementation and adoption. You will also champion AI-powered tools, automation, and process innovation to remove bottlenecks and increase productivity.
