Oracle Cloud Benefits SME/Lead

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Benefits Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Lead to drive the optimization of employee benefits processes and technology solutions. In this fully remote role, you will combine in-depth Oracle Cloud Benefits expertise with strong process management and stakeholder collaboration skills. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and improving benefits solutions that support organizational objectives and regulatory compliance. Working closely with HR teams and business stakeholders, you will translate operational needs into effective technical solutions and streamlined workflows. Your expertise will help strengthen data accuracy, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall administration of employee benefits.
