Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and project success.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of application updates with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and support within packaged or software as a service environments.
• Experience working with standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to customize solutions.
• Ability to manage software release cycles and maintain system stability and performance.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues in a collaborative team setting.
• Familiarity with aligning technical solutions to business needs while ensuring compatibility across systems.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
