Summary: As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting features to enhance functionality, managing software releases to ensure smooth deployment, and maintaining system stability to provide reliable service. The role requires working with various tools and platforms to align solutions with organizational needs while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance across the application environment. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and implement improvements is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of new features to enhance application capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in application configuration and deployment.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Omnistudio Platform, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations to design scalable solutions.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce applications with external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Familiarity with low-code development environments and tools to accelerate application delivery.
• Understanding of release management processes and version control in Salesforce environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
