Paid Social Growth Manager

We are seeking a performance-driven Paid Social Growth Manager to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth for ambitious direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, e-commerce businesses, and established retail companies. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of three to five client accounts, leading Meta advertising strategies across Facebook and Instagram. You will combine data-driven media buying, creative strategy, and performance analysis to optimize campaigns, manage substantial advertising budgets, and deliver measurable business results. Working closely with growth strategists, creative teams, and cross-channel media specialists, you will turn client objectives into actionable growth initiatives. You will also serve as a trusted partner to clients, translating campaign performance into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
