People Operations Specialist

As a People Operations Specialist, you will help ensure smooth, reliable, and well-organized HR operations within a rapidly growing international organization. You will support employees throughout their journey, from onboarding and documentation to everyday HR requests and employment verifications. Working closely with the People Operations Lead, you will contribute to efficient workflows, accurate employee records, and a positive employee experience. You will collaborate with People, Talent, IT, hiring managers, and other teams to keep essential processes running seamlessly. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen your HR expertise, learn new systems, and take ownership of recurring operational responsibilities. You will also contribute to projects that improve internal processes and support the organization's continued growth.
