People & Talent Business Partner

As a People & Talent Business Partner, you will help shape a high-performance culture and strengthen leadership capabilities within a globally distributed technology organisation. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will partner with leaders and employees across international teams, with a particular focus on Germany and France. You will play a central role in navigating organisational change, improving performance management, and building the talent capabilities needed for continued growth. Combining strategic HR business partnering with hands-on recruitment and people operations, you will help leaders make sound decisions and create an environment where accountability and continuous improvement thrive.
