As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead paid marketing strategy and execution, driving measurable growth across self-serve acquisition and sales-assisted demand generation. You will oversee multi-channel campaigns spanning paid search, paid social, video, and display, managing budgets and optimizing performance across the entire marketing funnel. Working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Data teams, you will connect marketing investment to meaningful business outcomes. You will develop a continuous experimentation program to improve audience targeting, creative performance, landing pages, and conversion rates. Through advanced analytics, attribution, and incremental measurement, you will identify the strategies that generate high-quality users, qualified pipeline, and revenue. You will also explore new markets, scale campaigns internationally, and integrate AI-powered tools into everyday marketing workflows.
