Personal Care Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Personal Care Specialist to support patients in navigating essential healthcare services and accessing prescribed treatments. In this role, you will help coordinate administrative processes related to insurance coverage, prior authorizations, financial assistance programs, and specialty pharmacy referrals. You will play an important part in ensuring patient information is accurate, documentation is compliant, and requests are processed efficiently. Working with patients, insurance providers, pharmacy teams, and internal stakeholders, you will help reduce administrative barriers and facilitate access to appropriate care.
