Role Description

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.

Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Basic understanding of project management processes and reporting.

Experience in coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including access requests, documentation, resource allocation, and exit formalities.

Ability to handle day-to-day PMO operational and administrative activities, ensuring smooth project operations.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks simultaneously.

Experience in preparing project trackers, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Strong follow-up skills to coordinate with HR, IT, and other internal teams for onboarding, offboarding, and operational requirements.
