Privacy Implementation Lead

The Privacy Implementation Lead will drive the implementation of privacy requirements across a sophisticated, AI-powered technology platform, ensuring that legal obligations translate into effective technical and operational controls. Reporting to the VP of Legal, Privacy, this individual contributor will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Security teams to embed privacy into products, systems, and data workflows. The role combines privacy operations, technical project management, and cross-functional collaboration to bridge the gap between regulatory expectations and real-world system functionality. You will coordinate implementation initiatives, validate privacy controls, document data flows, and establish scalable processes that strengthen compliance and accountability. You will also leverage AI tools and automation to streamline quality assurance, improve operational efficiency, and support continuous improvement.
