We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Director to lead new business development and accelerate revenue growth for a growing professional services and business transformation consultancy. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you will shape and execute the sales strategy, identify high-value opportunities, and build a strong pipeline across target markets. You will engage C-suite executives and senior decision-makers, positioning consulting and transformation solutions around their strategic business needs. The role focuses on winning new clients, developing long-term partnerships, and expanding market presence across Finance, HR, Operations, and Transformation.
