In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and service, to deliver effective CRM solutions. You will oversee Salesforce configuration, data management, reporting, and system improvements to ensure platform reliability and performance. The role involves identifying opportunities to streamline processes, introduce new functionalities, and improve operational efficiency. You will also contribute to deployment and migration activities while staying current with Salesforce releases and best practices.
