Salesforce Project Analyst

The Salesforce Project Analyst will support the administration, maintenance, and day-to-day use of Salesforce and related business systems in a fully remote environment. This role is central to ensuring a smooth user experience, reliable data management, and effective CRM operations across the organization. You will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, manage user access, and support onboarding and offboarding activities. You will also contribute to system improvements, automation updates, data imports, and new functionality testing. Through user training and clear documentation, you will help colleagues make the most of Salesforce and related tools.
