Take on a seasonal leadership role supporting tax professionals during the 2026–2027 tax season. As a Seasonal Tax Lead, you will guide remote teams, provide accurate tax guidance, and help ensure high-quality customer service throughout the tax preparation process. You will coach team members, monitor customer interactions, and resolve operational issues and escalations in a timely, professional manner. Working remotely, you will use your tax expertise and supervisory experience to help teams meet performance expectations and deliver a positive customer experience.
