Senior Accounting Supervisor (PST or MST)

The Senior Accounting Supervisor will lead accounting operations across multiple projects within a growing, mission-driven organization focused on workforce development and community impact. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, this role combines hands-on financial oversight, team leadership, and strategic fiscal management in a fully remote environment. You will oversee project invoicing, financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, payroll analytics, and audit coordination while ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable funding requirements. Working closely with senior leadership, project teams, and external stakeholders, you will translate financial data into actionable insights that support informed decisions and effective resource allocation.
