As a Senior AI Developer, you will design and deploy production-ready AI agents that streamline workflows and support decision-making across the product lifecycle. You will help establish the shared architecture, technical standards, and safeguards that enable multiple product teams to build on a reliable AI foundation. Working closely with Product Managers, AI engineering specialists, and cross-functional teams, you will turn real operational needs into practical, measurable solutions. You will take ownership of agent quality, ensuring reliability, security, observability, and cost efficiency from the outset. This is an early-stage opportunity to influence technical direction, experiment with emerging AI technologies, and shape how teams work at scale. You will also help others develop their agent-building capabilities and foster a collaborative, AI-enabled product culture.
