Senior Compensation Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Compensation Analyst to help shape and manage competitive, equitable, and data-driven compensation practices. In this role, you will conduct market research, evaluate internal pay equity, and provide strategic compensation recommendations that support business objectives and talent retention. You will play a key role in administering annual compensation processes, analyzing salary structures, and ensuring compliance with applicable employment regulations. Working closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders, you will translate complex compensation data into actionable insights and recommendations. You will also contribute to the evaluation and improvement of employee benefits programs, helping ensure they remain competitive and cost-effective.
