You will play a key role in structuring partnerships involving technology licensing, OEM arrangements, AI solutions, and service providers. Working closely with senior legal leadership and cross-functional teams, you will help translate innovative business strategies into practical, scalable contractual frameworks. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to own significant transactions from negotiation through execution while supporting mergers and acquisitions. You will also contribute to building the processes, templates, and playbooks that establish a new strategic legal function.
