Senior Credit Bureau Reporting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Bureau Reporting Manager to lead enterprise-wide oversight activities supporting the accuracy, integrity, and performance of credit bureau reporting. You will manage a team of approximately five Compliance Officers responsible for tradeline testing, critical reject monitoring, trend analysis, and reporting. Working across multiple systems of record, you will ensure consistent testing practices, reliable documentation, and effective monitoring of credit furnishing activities. You will translate complex findings into actionable insights for Compliance Managers and senior leadership, helping identify emerging risks and strengthen controls. The role also involves supporting remediation efforts, governance routines, and continuous process improvement across business functions. This is a leadership opportunity for a credit reporting and compliance professional who combines technical expertise, analytical judgment, and strong team management skills.
