Senior Director of Supplier Management

The Senior Director of Supplier Management will lead supplier relationship development and strategic execution within a dynamic telecommunications environment. This role combines senior-level team leadership with responsibility for strengthening partnerships and delivering value to suppliers. Working closely with executive leadership, you will translate departmental strategy into actionable plans, goals, and measurable outcomes. You will oversee supplier engagement initiatives, including strategic meetings, quarterly business reviews, and industry events. You will also collaborate with sales, operations, and commissions teams to address challenges and improve cross-functional coordination. Through coaching, operational improvements, and effective contract management, you will help build a high-performing team and a strong supplier ecosystem.
