Senior Director, Solutions Architecture

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced solutions architecture professional to shape how complex healthcare technology solutions are designed and delivered. You will lead a team of eight Solution Architects, setting the technical standards, operating model, and resource strategy needed to support a growing portfolio of enterprise implementations. Working in a player-coach capacity, you will combine strategic leadership with hands-on technical judgment and client engagement. You will collaborate closely with engineering, delivery, configuration, and quality teams to ensure solution design remains aligned with implementation goals. You will also build scalable processes, tools, and training that promote consistency and excellence across the team. This remote-first role offers the opportunity to influence mission-critical healthcare platforms while working with senior client stakeholders.
