CFD is seeking a seasoned, data driven human resource professional to fill our Senior Human Resource Generalist position. Reporting directly to the Human Resource Director, you will balance traditional, core HR functions with operational oversight and data analytics. The ideal candidate will manage critical workflows, including payroll processing and vendor invoice approvals, while leveraging HR metrics to drive strategic decisions in employee relations, recruitment, and total rewards.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary structural administrator for the HRIS environment (ADP). Establish and execute strict verification audits ensuring flawless record management.
  • Perform regular attrition analysis, maintain the employee demographics sheet, and administer company surveys covering HR performance, benefits utilization, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee all mandatory compliance reporting and policy administration, ensuring absolute alignment with organizational practices and employment laws.
  • Function as the dedicated payroll approver, conducting exhaustive reviews of every payroll cycle prior to finalization.
  • Review, reconcile, and manage all department invoice approvals.
  • Manage the generation and distribution of quarterly, mid-year, and year-end bonus communications.
  • Ensure operational tools stay current by managing routine organizational chart updates.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • U.S. Citizenship is a requirement.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 10+ years of Human Resource Generalist experience.

**Physical Requirements: **

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus.
