In this senior-level role, you will lead strategic content planning and coordinate complex product launches within a global customer support environment. You will act as the primary planning partner for content teams, ensuring that every launch is delivered efficiently, accurately, and on schedule. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Localization teams, you will drive cross-functional alignment and manage the full content launch lifecycle. You will anticipate potential challenges, resolve operational blockers, and establish clear communication across stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to a seamless customer experience by ensuring that content is accurate, accessible, and ready when customers need it.
