About the Position:
Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager - Endpoint Security Cloud Platform to be part of making that happen.
Position Overview
The Senior Product Manager, Endpoint Security Cloud Platform will own the cloud backend capabilities that underpin Arctic Wolf’s Endpoint Security portfolio, including administration, policy and configuration management, device registration and enrollment, and agent lifecycle management. Based in Bangalore, India, this is a technical, product-facing role that partners closely with Engineering and Architecture to define requirements, make product decisions, and deliver at scale. The role will be central to two of the team’s most significant initiatives: defining the cloud side of our unified agent strategy, consolidating four endpoint agents and two cloud backends into a single agent and a single cloud; and planning and executing the migration of several million endpoints from one cloud backend to another.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership – Cloud Platform
· Own the product definition, roadmap, and prioritized backlog for Endpoint Security cloud backend capabilities, including administration, policy and configuration management, device registration and enrollment, multi-tenancy, and agent lifecycle management (deployment, upgrade, and health).
· Translate Endpoint Security strategy into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, partnering with Engineering and Architecture on system design, data flows, APIs, and technical trade-offs.
· Serve as product owner for one or more development teams, owning the definition, prioritization, and hygiene of the backlog from concept through delivery.
· Partner with UX to define administrator and operator workflows that are simple, scalable, and consistent across the Endpoint Security portfolio.
Agent Consolidation & Cloud Migration
· Define the cloud-side requirements for the unified agent initiative, consolidating four endpoint agents and two cloud backends into one agent and one cloud, including feature parity, data model alignment, and deprecation sequencing.
· Plan and drive the migration of several million endpoints between cloud backends, including migration strategy, phasing, rollback and risk mitigation, customer and partner impact, and success criteria.
· Work with Engineering, Managed Services, Support, and Customer Success to ensure migrations are seamless for customers, partners, and security analysts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Serve as the product point of contact for cloud platform capabilities across Engineering, Security Research, Managed Services, Support, and Customer Success.
· Ensure endpoint cloud capabilities integrate with Arctic Wolf’s broader platform and managed security services, improving analyst workflows, detection and response outcomes, and the customer experience.
· Engage directly with customers, partners, and internal users to gather first-hand requirements, validate solutions, and understand operational challenges at scale.
· Brief Endpoint Security product leadership on roadmap status, delivery plans, and risks, and provide technical input to Product Marketing as needed.
Metrics & Quality
· Define and track product success metrics for cloud platform capabilities, spanning deployment and adoption, migration progress, platform reliability and performance, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key QualificationsExperience & Expertise
· 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years as a product manager at an endpoint security vendor (EPP, EDR, or XDR).
· Demonstrated ownership of a technically complex endpoint security product through multiple stages of its lifecycle, ideally including the cloud management console or backend services that administer endpoint agents.
· Experience working in high-growth organizations with globally distributed product and engineering teams.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Technical Acumen
· Sufficient technical depth to make product decisions involving endpoint agents, agent-to-cloud communication, device enrollment and identity, policy distribution, telemetry pipelines, and operating-system considerations across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
· Strong understanding of cloud-native SaaS architecture, including multi-tenant services, APIs, microservices, identity and access management, and public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
· Ability to understand customer IT environments, company products, and services at a system, data flow, and API level.
· Hands-on experience with agile development practices and serving as product owner for engineering teams.
Product Skills & EQ
· Strong decision-making and follow-through, including defining the problem, evaluating alternatives and trade-offs, and measuring results against success criteria.
· Highly detail oriented, with the ability to manage complex dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams.
· Clear, concise written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts to engineers, leadership, and customers.
· High EQ and a collaborative approach to partnering across functional teams and time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience leading large-scale endpoint or cloud migrations, product consolidation, or re-platforming initiatives.
· Experience with device management, enrollment, or provisioning at scale (e.g., MDM/UEM or similar).
· Prior hands-on technical background, such as software engineering, solutions architecture, or sales engineering, before moving into product management.
On-Camera Policy
To support a fair, transparent, and engaging interview experience, candidates interviewing remotely are expected to be on camera during all video interviews. Being on camera fosters authentic connection, improves communication, and allows for full engagement from both candidates and interviewers. We understand that technical, bandwidth, or location-related challenges may occasionally prevent video use. If this applies, candidates are required to notify us in advance so we can explore appropriate accommodations.
