Senior Recruiter

As a Senior Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers while identifying top talent aligned with business needs. You will serve as a trusted talent acquisition advisor, combining market insights, industry expertise, and strategic sourcing techniques to build strong candidate pipelines. Working closely with hiring leaders and internal stakeholders, you will develop effective recruitment strategies and provide proactive updates throughout the hiring process. You will also help shape employer branding, support informed compensation decisions, and ensure recruitment activities meet high standards of quality and efficiency. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert and mentor, sharing knowledge and helping other recruiters strengthen their capabilities.
