The Senior Renewal Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in building and scaling renewal operations for a high-volume customer segment within a global technology and SaaS environment. This position combines strategic thinking, data analysis, and operational execution to create a predictable, efficient, and scalable renewal process. You will develop reporting frameworks, forecasting models, and performance indicators that give leadership clear visibility into renewal trends and business outcomes. Working closely with Revenue Operations, Customer Operations, IT, and partner-facing teams, you will optimize systems and workflows to support automated renewal management. You will also transform complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and improve recurring revenue performance.
