This is a senior right-of-way and project management opportunity focused on complex electric transmission and distribution projects. You will lead land acquisition activities from ownership research and title analysis through negotiations, agreements, and successful project delivery. The role combines real estate expertise, project leadership, stakeholder management, and detailed oversight of property rights and documentation. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, landowners, regulatory agencies, engineering teams, and other project stakeholders.
