In this role, you will translate complex business needs into effective Salesforce solutions that support client relationship management, proposal development, and contract lifecycle processes. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, designing functional solutions, and ensuring successful implementation across business teams. Working closely with project managers, developers, QA specialists, and stakeholders, you will contribute throughout the full delivery lifecycle, from initial analysis to user acceptance testing and deployment. You will also drive process improvements, support change management, and help maximize Salesforce adoption and operational efficiency.
