Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute your technical expertise to the training and evaluation of next-generation artificial intelligence systems. You will design realistic software engineering challenges that assess AI models' ability to write reliable code, implement features, resolve bugs, refactor complex codebases, and optimize performance. Your work will help improve the accuracy, reliability, and practical capabilities of AI-generated software through rigorous testing and deterministic verification. You will draw on your experience in backend development, algorithms, system design, debugging, and software quality assurance to create meaningful technical assessments. Working independently in a fully remote, flexible contract role, you will have the opportunity to apply your engineering judgment to cutting-edge AI development. Previous experience in AI is not required; strong software engineering skills and a commitment to high-quality technical work are what matter most.
