The Senior Solutions Consultant will help enterprise customers understand how advanced workforce management technology can address their operational challenges and improve business outcomes. In this customer-facing role, you will partner closely with enterprise sales teams to uncover business needs, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and communicate the value of innovative software solutions. You will guide prospects through discovery, proofs of concept, proposal processes, and business justification, connecting technical capabilities to measurable customer benefits. Working with large, complex organizations, you will develop a deep understanding of their workforce operations and technical environments. You will also contribute to competitive positioning and help remove obstacles throughout the sales cycle.
