Siebel Support _ Tier 2 CTR

We are seeking an experienced Siebel Support Engineer to provide reliable production support and continuous improvement for enterprise Oracle Siebel CRM applications. In this role, you will troubleshoot complex application issues, manage incidents, and ensure critical business operations run smoothly across multiple functional domains. You will work with technologies such as Oracle Siebel CRM, SQL, EAI/EIM, web services, and shell scripting while collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders. The position combines hands-on technical troubleshooting with application development, platform enhancements, and integration support. You will contribute to improving system stability, reducing recurring incidents, and optimizing operational efficiency.
