Sleep Test Specialist (S1)

In this remote opportunity, you will help patients successfully complete their at-home sleep tests, contributing to more accessible and convenient sleep apnea diagnosis. You will serve as a key point of contact throughout the patient journey, providing guidance, answering questions, and encouraging timely test completion. Combining customer service, patient engagement, administrative support, and performance tracking, you will play an important role in improving the overall patient experience. You will proactively identify obstacles, coordinate follow-ups, and use performance data to strengthen engagement strategies. Working alongside clinical, marketing, and support teams, you will contribute to smoother operations and better service delivery.
