Solutions Engineering Lead

As a Solutions Engineering Lead, you will shape the technical pre-sales strategy and help businesses unlock the full potential of modern cloud and internet infrastructure solutions. You will take ownership of the Solutions Engineering function, combining hands-on technical expertise with team leadership and strategic decision-making. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and customers, you will translate complex technical challenges into scalable architectures, effective integrations, and compelling business solutions. You will also guide technical deal strategy, balancing customer needs with pricing, profitability, and long-term value. Beyond individual opportunities, you will build repeatable processes, strengthen onboarding experiences, and develop a high-performing team ready to scale.
