Job Description

• Relevant years’ experience in Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing - Oil and Gas Industry preferred

• Invoice processing, matching with accuracy and efficiency

• Validation and review of processed invoices to ensure quality

• 2 -Way ,3-way Matching

• Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts to resolve discrepancies.

• Expediting Invoice Holds

• Monitor and work on Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GRIR) reports

• Vendor/Supplier Query handling

• Perform vendor reconciliations and review Statement of Accounts of vendors to ensure invoices are matched and cleared in Accounts payable ledger

• Review supplier, broker, and office emails daily to identify required actions, missing documents, or payment concerns

• Validate balances, identify discrepancies, and determine required actions. Reconcile balances and investigate variances

• Perform detailed reconciliation and payment applications of vendor invoices

• Generate internal reports of unprocessed invoices for visibility of the business

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement

• Perform vendor reconciliations and review Statement of Accounts of vendors to ensure invoices are matched and cleared in Accounts payable ledger

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and business teams.
