We are seeking an experienced Senior Endpoint Administrator to lead endpoint management operations and ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology services for a distributed workforce. In this role, you will oversee the provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of endpoint devices across a remote and global environment. You will drive hardware standardization, software deployment, security patching, and operating system updates while ensuring systems meet business and security requirements. Working closely with IT operations, service desk teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors, you will resolve complex technical issues and continuously improve service delivery. You will also lead technical projects, monitor performance indicators, manage resources, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
