Sr. Payroll Specialist - Bilingual

In this role, you will oversee complex, multi-state payroll operations across a growing portfolio of businesses, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant employee compensation. You will manage payroll processing across multiple legal entities and pay schedules while handling commissions, bonuses, deductions, reimbursements, and paid time off accruals. As a key member of the finance function, you will support payroll integrations for newly acquired businesses and help streamline processes as the organization expands. You will collaborate with employees, managers, and internal teams to resolve payroll questions and maintain reliable payroll records. The role requires strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including California wage and hour requirements.
