Sr Portfolio Manager

The Senior Portfolio Manager will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across a portfolio of federal government programs, ensuring successful delivery, financial performance, and long-term customer satisfaction. In this role, you will manage complex projects, oversee multidisciplinary teams, and build strong relationships with senior government stakeholders. You will be responsible for balancing program execution, personnel management, contractual compliance, and business growth initiatives. Working closely with delivery, finance, recruiting, and business development teams, you will identify opportunities to expand existing accounts while maintaining operational excellence. You will also drive workforce development, resource planning, and performance management to ensure teams are equipped to meet evolving customer needs.
