Strategic Design Leader

We are seeking an experienced strategic design professional to shape opportunities and guide complex business challenges across strategy, customer experience, and digital transformation throughout Latin America. In this influential role, you will turn ambiguity into clear strategic direction, compelling narratives, and actionable transformation plans. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, account leaders, and multidisciplinary teams to align business objectives with customer needs and technical realities. Combining research, facilitation, and strong storytelling, you will help organizations make confident, informed decisions. You will also champion AI-enabled ways of working to accelerate research, synthesis, and prototyping while maintaining high standards of quality and strategic rigor.
