Tax Preparer & Customer Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Tax Preparer & Customer Operations based in Brazil.

This full-time, fully remote role combines US tax preparation expertise with hands-on client and operational management. You will work directly alongside a CPA founder, serving as the primary tax preparer while helping manage the firm's day-to-day client workflows. Your responsibilities will span individual and business tax returns, document reviews, workpaper preparation, and client communications. You will also oversee workflows in TaxDome, coordinate onboarding, and support monthly bookkeeping data collection. The position offers meaningful ownership, direct exposure to firm operations, and the opportunity to contribute to a growing accounting practice. It is particularly suited to an experienced tax professional who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent written English and a proactive, client-focused approach.
