Tech Lead – AI Engineering

As a Senior Tech Lead in AI Engineering, you will lead the technical direction of strategic software development projects, combining hands-on engineering with architectural decision-making and team leadership. You will shape scalable solutions, establish engineering standards, and guide a team building modern applications with Java, React, and Microsoft Azure. A key part of the role involves integrating AI-assisted development into everyday workflows, ensuring productivity gains without compromising code quality, security, or maintainability. You will work closely with product, design, clients, and external integration partners to turn complex requirements into practical technical solutions.
