USMA Director, Governance

We are seeking a strategic and transformation-oriented leader to strengthen governance, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness across U.S. Medical Affairs. In this senior leadership role, you will design and implement integrated operating models that connect medical governance, clinical drug supply, medical operations, and cross-functional business capabilities. You will translate strategic priorities into scalable processes, clear decision-making structures, and measurable performance improvements within a highly regulated healthcare environment. Working closely with senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams, you will drive complex transformation initiatives, manage operational risks, and establish sustainable ways of working across organizational boundaries. You will also champion responsible AI adoption, digital enablement, and data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency, accountability, and business outcomes.
