The Vice President, Cost Management – Affordability will provide strategic leadership in developing and executing enterprise-wide healthcare affordability and cost management initiatives. This senior executive role focuses on optimizing healthcare expenditures while preserving quality of care and ensuring members have access to essential services. The successful candidate will analyze healthcare cost trends, identify opportunities for savings, and translate complex financial and operational data into actionable strategies. Working closely with senior leaders across clinical operations, finance, population health, pharmacy, and network management, this individual will drive cross-functional accountability and sustainable financial performance.
