Video Editor - Performance Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Video Editor – Performance Marketing based remotely in Brazil.

We are looking for a performance-driven Video Editor to create compelling, conversion-focused video advertisements for a portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands. You will transform AI-generated scripts and raw creative assets into polished short-form ads designed for Meta and TikTok. Working within a fast-paced, AI-assisted production environment, you will deliver approximately 20 video variations per day while maintaining creative quality and consistency. Beyond editing, you will analyze campaign performance, identify successful creative patterns, and use data insights to improve future content. You will also help shape internal AI editing workflows by sharing feedback and identifying opportunities to streamline production.
