VP, Sales (New Business)

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven sales executive to transform and scale a high-performing new business organization within the AI-powered advertising and marketing technology industry. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a team of approximately 30 or more sales professionals and own new customer acquisition across mid-market and larger accounts. You will shape commercial strategy, refine go-to-market execution, and build scalable sales processes that accelerate revenue growth across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you will drive sales productivity, strengthen customer relationships, and turn market insights into new opportunities.
