Workforce Operations Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Workforce Operations Manager to lead and optimize staffing operations across a multi-state service organization. In this role, you will oversee a team of Staffing Liaisons, ensuring workforce capacity is effectively aligned with client needs and service demands. You will use data analytics, forecasting, and performance insights to improve caregiver utilization, reduce staffing gaps, and strengthen operational efficiency. Working closely with clinical, recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and operational teams, you will develop scalable workforce strategies that support business growth and service continuity. This position offers the opportunity to shape workforce planning processes, drive measurable improvements, and build a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. The role is fully remote, with working hours primarily aligned with the US East Coast.
